Summary of Responsibilities

1.Arrange related business of University Alliance in Changhua, Yunlin, Chiayi area;
2.Organize business plans, work reports, annual reports, etc.;
3.Manage Department's assessment report, compile regulations, and revise hierarchical responsibility schedule;
4.Review the draft of official documents;
5.Responsible for each Division's document work and progress review;
6.Manage and examine cases listed in the ORD;
7.Manage E-mail and comments from the ORD’s mailbox;
8.Manage the properties of the ORD;
9. Receive visitors;
10. Arrange the itinerary of important invitations to the ORD and handle the correspondence; and
11. Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
