1. Handled in accordance with the letter of the National Science and Technology Commission No. 1140005844 dated January 21, 2015.
2. Amend the sixth, seventh, and tenth points of the "National Science and Technology Council's Guidelines for the Operation of Scientific Research and Entrepreneurship Programs". The summary is as follows:
(1) Point 6: The maximum monthly allowance for project leaders will be revised from NT$15,000 to NT$20,000; the maximum monthly allowance for co-leaders will be revised from NT$10,000 to NT$15,000.
(2) Point 7: The original "Special Research" subsidy contract, etc., which was originally attached after the project contract was signed, was revised to the "Original Copy" of the "Scientific Research and Entrepreneurship" project subsidy contract.
(3) Point 10: The principle for the technology shares allocated to the executive agency is "6% of the total number of shares of the newly established company". This is revised to "6% of the total number of technology shares acquired when investing in a newly established company with technology as the valuation"... With the approval of the National Science Council, the maximum number of "technology shares" allocated to the executive agency is 16%.
