1. Handle in accordance with the Ministry of Agriculture’s letter No. 1130053648 dated December 6, 2014.
2. Attached is the "Ministry of Agriculture's Project Funding Handling Manual (Applicable to 2015)". The key points of the revisions to the agricultural technology project are as follows:
(I) Appendix 1-1 of Point 6 "Agricultural Science and Technology Research and Development Subsidy Projects and Their Compilation and Implementation Standards": Regardless of the overall project leader, single or detailed project leader, all projects must be of a research and development nature in order to be included in the research leader fee; add subsidies to colleges and universities
The program may pay part-time research assistants salaries according to self-determined remuneration standards.
(II) Appendix 1-2 of Point 6: “The length of service of research assistants in projects funded by the Ministry of Agriculture or commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture shall be included in the calculation of the length of service of research assistants in projects funded by the National Science and Technology Council. Whether or not to promote them shall be determined by the employer or the project leader.
