Point 4 of the "Notes on the Employment of Researchers for Special Research Projects Subsidized by the National Science and Technology Council" has been amended and will take effect on January 1, 2015. Please refer to it.

1. In line with the Executive Yuan's 2015 salary increase policy for military, public and educational employees, and to improve the remuneration of research personnel employed under the National Science Council's grant program, each implementing agency is requested to review and increase the full-time staff expense payment standards that it has set, and update and upload them to the Council's Academic Research and Development Service Network.
2. For projects that have been approved for subsidies and are currently being implemented, the work remuneration should be verified and paid according to the self-determined standards. The employment of full-time personnel at all levels should not be lower than the minimum amount stipulated by the Association. The required funds should be absorbed within the total funds of the original approved project (including management fees).
3. Enclose one copy each of the revised fourth point of the "Notes on the Employment of Research Manpower for Special Research Projects Subsidized by the National Science and Technology Council", the revised comparison table, and the revised full text.
