Therefore, preparatory meetings are planned to be held on November 1 (Friday) at the Chang Yung-fa Foundation International Conference Center (Taipei City), November 6 (Wednesday) at the Fullon Hotel (Hualien City), November 13 (Wednesday) at the Greater Tainan Convention and Exhibition Center (Tainan City), and November 18 (Monday) at the Splendor Hotel Taichung (Taichung City) to widely collect opinions from all walks of life on the development of science and technology in our country.
