The National Science Council has revised the format for writing special research project reports and will implement it from now on

1. According to the 19th point of the operation guideline of the special research project funded by the association, the project leader shall submit the electronic files of the research results report and overseas experience report online to the website of the association within three months after the expiration of the research project.
2. The summary of the revised format of the case report is as follows:
(1) The research report should appropriately disclose the contributions of the project participants (including full-time and part-time staff at all levels or graduated students) during the research process (including research conception, project execution, and research report writing), the completion status of the work project, and the publication status of related research results.
(2) If the project has already published a paper (excluding student dissertations), the content of the paper may be excerpted as the content of the achievement report or included as an appendix, and the name of the publication, volume and issue, and publication date as well as its relevance to the project should be indicated; the paper may not be used directly as the achievement report.
3. Submit one copy of the revised report writing format. You can also download the shared form from the "Special Research Project Area" of the association's website (URL: https://www.nstc.gov.tw/).
