The National Science Council and the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam (MOST) are jointly soliciting applications for the 2026 Bilateral Agreement International Cooperation Research Project (3-year period).

1. The project is to be handled in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding on Research Cooperation signed between the Association and MOST, Vietnam.
2. The project leader of the Taiwan side must be the leader of a research project currently being implemented by the Association, and on the basis of the project, additional value-added funds for international cooperation expansion are added. For subsidy funding items and regulations, please refer to the attached application instructions (synchronized with the Association's website/dynamic information/project solicitation announcement).
