1. Based on the bilateral memorandum of understanding on scientific and technological cooperation signed between the Council and the Czech GACR, we jointly solicit proposals for the above-mentioned projects.

2. The project application must be jointly discussed and completed by the project leaders of both parties and submitted to the Association and the Czech side (GACR) respectively. If either party does not receive the application, the cooperation case cannot be established.

3. The implementation period of the selected projects is scheduled to start on January 1, 2026, for a period of 2 or 3 years, and we will expand the subsidy in the form of add-on through bilateral agreements. No applications will be accepted for cases that do not receive subsidies.
