2. The application matters and precautions related to the 115th Annual Plan are detailed in the Project Instructions. The project applicants are requested to fill out the project application form on the website of this Association.

3. Applicants for forward-looking technology R&D projects should submit a project concept application before May 29, 2015. Only those who pass the review may submit a project application within the deadline as notified by the Commission.
